Spring Meeting Exhibitor – $1,500.00

You are invited to participate as an exhibitor at the Wisconsin Dermatological Society Spring Meeting, to be held on Saturday, April 9th at the Sheraton Madison Hotel, 706 John Nolen Drive, Madison, WI 53713.

The exhibit room will be open prior to the in-person meeting (8-9 am), during break (10:15-10:30 am), and through lunch (12:15-1:15 pm).

The cost to exhibit is $1,500. In consideration for the agreed fee, the following amenities will be provided:

You will have an opportunity to interact with area dermatologists, faculty, and residents.
Each exhibitor will be provided with one 6-foot table and two chairs. Wifi and electricity are included. Please bring your own extension cord.
Exhibitors participating in this event will be announced in the information provided to all attendees (both virtual and in-person) and will have their company logo appear on the WDS website for the remainder of 2022.
A mailing list of attendees, not including email addresses, will be provided to all exhibitors after the meeting.

Masks are required for all attendees in meetings and event spaces at all times except when eating.

Our federal tax identification number is 51-0182720. An invoice and/or a W-9 will be provided upon your request. A formal letter of invitation is available here. Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration deadline is March 20, 2022.
