Application for membership requires:
  • Completed initial application online (see below).
  • Submission of professional history form and a copy of your C.V., via mail, email, or fax.
  • Dues payment by check -- currently $200 per year
Once these items are received, they will be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the WDS at the next upcoming business meeting (meetings are held in fall and spring of each year). The applicant will be elected by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and then notified.
